Abstract
Bacillus velezensis PG12 is a biocontrol endophytic bacterium that is capable of inhibition of a broad range of plant-pathogenic fungi. The strain has the potential to be developed into a biocontrol agent for use in agriculture. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of B. velezensis PG12, which contains 22 scaffolds (3,990,845 bp), 3,884 coding sequences (CDSs), and an average G+C content of 46.45%.Entities:
