Abstract
Odontogenic keratocysts, although well recognised to have a high recurrence rate are not invasive tumours and should not be treated by radical surgery with its attendant morbidity. Four cases of successful management by marsupialisation, and three examples of successful enucleation and packing are described, suggesting that conservative methods can be used in the treatment of large odontogenic keratocysts.Entities:
