Abstract
A 21-year-old patient with Down syndrome who developed rotary atlantoaxial dislocation of C1 and C2 following an upper respiratory infection is presented. Techniques for detection and quantification of this potentially serious dislocation using multidirectional tomography and computerized tomography are described.Entities:
