Abstract
The causes of myocardial infarction in a young adult can be divided into four groups: (1) atherosclerosis, (2) nonatherosclerosis, (3) hypercoagulable states, and (4) substance abuse. We present here a case of the 29-year-old male patient who developed myocardial infarction after undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Prompt diagnosis and timely intervention salvaged his myocardium. Copyright:Entities:
