Abstract
At age 48, a man with a family history of Huntington's disease developed nervousness, depression, chorea, and dementia. He died at age 68, and his brain showed characteristic findings of both Huntington's disease and Alzheimer's disease. Only one other patient has had neuropathologic findings of both diseases.Entities:
