Abstract
We describe an unusual case of an aggressively invasive, recurrent xanthelasma palpebrarum which was unilateral in its occurrence. Despite characteristics that appeared malignantly invasive clinically, the lesion was benign. The surgical treatment consisted of wide excision and resurfacing of the eyelids with full-thickness skin grafts.Entities:
