Abstract
INTRODUCTION: To our knowledge, HIV transmitted drug resistance (TDR) patterns have not been characterized specifically in Santa Clara County (SCC), California, one of the largest counties by population in the United States. Understanding TDR here will help improve antiretroviral therapy outcomes and prevent future transmission events.Entities:
