Abstract
We describe the case of a patient with an evolving left atrial cardiac mass associated with pulmonary vein thrombosis. The patient presented no symptoms. Imaging follow-up revealed increase in size despite rivaroxaban therapy. Operative resection was performed, and pathological examination was compatible with pulmonary vein thrombus. This case illustrates an unusual presentation of cardiac thrombus.Entities:
