Abstract
Nitro-oxidative stress in plants involves reactive oxygen and nitrogen species overproduction, which could trigger irreversible cellular damage. In this context, a novel signaling gaseous molecule, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), has emerged, which appears to stimulate the antioxidant system and is capable of mediating effective mechanisms of response to these abiotic stresses.Entities:
