Abstract
OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this article is to describe how establishing routine practice sessions facilitates adoption by modality operations managers of the just culture model of error management in a radiology department. CONCLUSION. Implementation of ongoing just culture training among radiology operations managers can help them approach uniformity, equity, and transparency in managing errors. Managers see the just culture method as an effective tool that helps improve the safety of patient care.Entities:
