Intravenous gammaglobulin in treatment of isoimmune neonatal neutropenia.

Abstract

A neonate with isoimmune neonatal neutropenia (INN) was treated with intravenous gammaglobulin. The neutrophil count increased significantly with the therapy. Intravenous gammaglobulin is a safe and effective regimen for INN.
