Abstract
BACKGROUND: Immunosuppressive agents have been widely used in the treatment of IgA nephropathy (IgAN), but the efficacy and safety remain controversial. The recent STOP-IgAN and TESTING studies have again focused attention on the application of immunosuppressive agents in IgAN.
