Abstract
A human intravenous immunoglobulin preparation containing neutralizing antibodies to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) was utilized for intratracheal and topical treatment of laboratory-induced RSV infections in owl monkeys (Aotus trivirgatus). Topically administered antibodies induced significant reductions in RSV shedding in the lower respiratory tract.Entities:
