Polypoid endobronchial extension from invasive thymoma.

Abstract

A case of invasive thymoma which was manifest clinically as bronchial obstruction and metastatic liver tumour is presented. Autopsy revealed a unique polypoid endobronchial extension of the neoplasm. This represents a previously unrecognized pattern of secondary bronchial involvement by invasive thymoma.
