Fig. 1Clinical and radiological images of the patient. (A) Nine cardinal photographs of the patient show decreased ocular movements in the left eye on elevation (−2), depression (−3), adduction (−3), and abduction (−2). (B) Orbital magnetic resonance imaging reveals abnormal soft tissue edema with mild enhancement, fat infiltration in the left orbit and eyelid, and enlarged extraocular muscles. (C) Fundus photography of the left eye shows multiple retinal hemorrhages with tortuous veins. (D) Fluorescein angiography of the left eye shows tortuous veins and delayed artery-vein transit time. (E) Orbital magnetic resonance imaging reveals newly developed circumferential fluid collection in the left suprachoroidal space and no gross interval change in enlargement of the extraocular muscles or soft tissue infiltration. (F) B-scan ultrasonography reveals choroid detachment in the left eye. (G) Choroidal detachment is not observed on postoperative orbital computed tomography. No gross change in diffuse enlargement of the extraocular muscles of the left orbit was observed compared to previous magnetic resonance images. Informed consent was obtained from the patient for publication of this case report and any accompanying images.
