Figure 1Division of the segmented parafoveal retinal layer using optical coherence tomographic angiography in a normal subject. The automated software demonstrated the four vessel density parameters in the 3 × 3 mm circular scan area, divided into the nasal, inferior, superior, and temporal sectors. In addition, since the automated program could also show the inner limiting membrane (orange solid line) and the boundaries between the RNFL and the GCL (orange dot line), between the GCL and the IPL (upper green line), and between the IPL and the INL (lower green line), we performed a segmented layer-by-layer analysis in the inner retinal layers.
