Metastatic uterine leiomyosarcoma at 26 weeks gestation.

Abstract

Uterine leiomyosarcoma (ULMS) is a highly malignant neoplasm which has been rarely described in pregnancy. A case of advanced metastatic ULMS presenting at 26 weeks gestation is reported.
