Abstract
The type specimen of Turkanapithecus kalakolensis recently recovered from northern Kenya preserves a partial cranium and mandible. This specimen, together with postcranial elements that are probably associated with it, and two additional specimens are described. The collection is compared with other Miocene hominoids.Mesh:
