Abstract
The progressive natural history underlying type 2 diabetes often necessitates the use of multiple anti-hyperglycemic medications to achieve therapeutic goals and targets. The associated complexity of these regimens presents significant challenges to both physicians and patients. Fixed-dose oral and fixed-ratio injectable combination agents offer significant potential to simplify and consolidate therapy and lessen barriers to adherence.Entities:
