Abstract
PURPOSE: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common sleep disorder that is influenced by various environmental and genetic factors. The potential associations of leptin and leptin receptor (LEPR) polymorphisms with OSA have been studied in different populations; however, the results remain inconclusive.
