Abstract
BACKGROUND: Increased risk of congenital malformations in children fathered by men treated for cancer might be due to mutagenicity of cancer therapies. Finding of increased malformation prevalence in offspring born before paternal cancer would indicate a treatment-independent mechanism.Entities:
