Abstract
Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) is probably one of the most devastating diagnoses for women of reproductive age. The major implications for fertility, climacteric symptoms, and quality of life, the great impact of long-term consequences such as bone loss and cardiovascular health, and the lack of a coherent and shared clinical approach make the choice for the right hormonal therapy challenging. In this review we propose an integrated and patient-based hormonal approach for women with POI, from puberty to late reproductive age.Entities:
