Abstract
A new species of armoured scale insect, Megacanthaspisguiyangensis sp. nov. is described and illustrated. The new species is morphologically similar to M.hangzhouensis. Megacanthaspisguiyangenis infests leaves of Oligostachyumlubricum in China. A key to all eight species of Megacanthaspis now known is provided.Entities:
