Abstract
We present a case of ischaemic stroke in the context of polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal gammopathy and skin changes (POEMS) syndrome associated with cerebral vasculitis as confirmed by imaging. There is little information on the prevalence of cerebral vasculitis in POEMS patients, and we found only one previous report of such case in the literature. © BMJ Publishing Group Limited 2019.
