*To ensure high standards of data quality, images were individually assessed and scored for level of image quality and motion artefacts. Where an image contained artefacts that may have a significant impact on the data derived from the image, data were removed for that particular variable. In addition, 94 parents and 2 children were unable to have the 66% site scanned due to calf diameter that was greater than the gantry size. Of these participants, 89 parents and 2 children had scans at the 4% site. For these reasons, participant number varies between measures.
