Predictive Potential of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Organoids.

In this issue of Cancer Discovery, Driehuis and colleagues establish culture conditions for the rapid, efficient, and long-term expansion of healthy human oral mucosa and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) tumor organoids.
