While a member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, The University of British Columbia, he was Project Lead for the AGILE project (Advancing Experiential Learning in Institutional Pharmacy Practice) and served as the Lead for Institutional Practice in the Office of Experiential Education from 2014 to 2016. He has also published extensively on the topic of nontraditional learner-preceptor models.
