Following publication of the original article [1], the authors flagged an error concerning Table 3. In Table 3, the values in the fourth column (% population with access to an ITN within their own HH) and some values in the fifth column (% population that used an ITN the previous night) are incorrect. The corrected Table 3 is given here (all changes in the table are italicized).

Ownership and usage of insecticide-treated nets in households in districts of Yaoundé HH: household In addition, consequent of the errors in Table 3, please be advised of these corrections to the second paragraph under subsection ‘General knowledge on Malaria’ (with the corrections in italics): The proportion of the population with access to an ITN within their household varied from 72.6 to 90.3%. The proportion of the population that used an ITN the previous night varied from 65.7 to 87.8% (Table 3). The authors apologize for this error.
