Abstract
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: Universal or multi-mode adhesives are new adhesive systems that can be used in both etch-and-rinse (ER) and self-etch (SE) modes. Lesser technical sensitivity and dual use of these adhesives have made them popular among dentists.
