Abstract
Two cases of Stewart-Treves syndrome are presented. The first case consists of an angiosarcoma developing in long-standing postmastectomy lymphedema. The second case has an unusual localization on the lower extremity. The results of immunohistochemical stainings with Factor VIII-related antigen, UEA-1 lectin, and laminin support the assumption that Stewart-Treves syndrome is a hemangioendotheliosarcoma.Entities:
