Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW: For patients with chronic phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CP-CML), there is an increasing focus on personalization of therapy with dose modifications of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) to reduce side effects and maintain efficacy.
