Abstract
The kinematical implications of a dielectric analog of Robertson-Walker spacetime is discussed within a covariant postulation of transformation optics. It is found that the results thoroughly coincide with what we expect from standard model. Moreover, a moving cloaked region in the spacetime is also considered as a physically valid proposal.Entities:
