Abstract
We present a case of a man infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and who was diagnosed with Cytomegalovirus (CMV) colitis shortly after initiation of antiretroiviral therapy (ART). CMV colitis should be considered in diarrheal patients with HIV infection even after initiation of ART.Entities:
