Abstract
BACKGROUND: Several studies correlate medical residency with the occurrence of mental health disorders, Burnout Syndrome and quality of life impairment. It has been demonstrated that mental health disorders increase medical errors and lead to less effective patient care. Considering such context, this study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of anxiety, depression, stress and to identify its correlates with Burnout Syndrome and quality of life in a sample of medical residents and fellow physicians of the largest Brazilian academic health system.Entities:
