Seminal plasma plasminogen activator and fertility.

Seminal plasma samples were tested for plasminogen activation and considerable activity was found. Tests were performed in samples from 42 men with an infertile marriage but no relationship was found between plasminogen activator and fertility. However none of our men had any obvious seminal plasma viscosity or coagulation disorder and further work would involve testing samples from men with these disorders.
