Sjögren's syndrome, vasculitis, and cryoglobulinaemia associated with a monoclonal IgM (kappa) paraprotein with rheumatoid factor activity.

S Fitzgerald, N P Hurst, P R Pannall.

Abstract

A patient is described with primary Sjögren's syndrome with an infrequently reported complication--vasculitis and cryoglobulinaemia due to a monoclonal IgM (kappa) paraprotein with rheumatoid factor activity. The clinical and theoretical implications are discussed.
