Retraction: The measurement of serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha levels in patients with lichen planus.

The original article entitled “The measurement of serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha levels in patients with lichen planus, published in Indian Journal of Dermatology, on pages 297-300, Issue 4, Volume 63, 2018[1], is a duplicate publication of the same article by the same author, published in Acta Dermatovenerol APA, on pages 85-88, Issue 4, Volume 26, 2017.[2] Plagiarism, unethical publication or redundant publication violates the editorial policy of Indian Journal of Dermatology, which follows best practice guidelines given by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) mentioned on the Information for Authors and as codified in the signed statements made by the authors regarding the copyright of their work. This article has been retracted as per request made by Editor and Editorial Board of the journal.
