Abstract
The objective of the GER-e-TEC™ project is to provide a personalised medical follow-up of residents in nursing homes with the aid of a telemedicine intelligent platform. It will assist the nursing staff by automatically processing information obtained from sensors and questionnaires in order to give an early warning about high-risk situations. This telemedicine tool will enable health professionals to optimise residents' care. Keywords: geriatric syndrome; high risk situation; nursing home; prevention; prévention; situation à risque; syndrome gériatrique; telemedicine; télémédecine; établissement d’hébergement pour personnes âgées dépendantes
