Abstract
HIGHLIGHTS: Freezing after brief exposure to antimicrobial solutions increases bacterial reduction. Lactic acid combined with freezing reduced L. monocytogenes to unrecoverable levels. Most wash treatments maintained visual qualities of blueberries.Entities:
