Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Performance measurement and reporting is proliferating in all sectors of the healthcare system, including primary care, despite a dearth of evidence on how the public uses reports on primary care performance. Data not available for 13 of the 27 less medically complex participants who were recruited through the online volunteer add. For the 14 participants with age data, the mean was 57 with age range from 20 to 80 y.
