Vitamin supplement provides per kg/diet: vitamin A, 8,000 IU; vitamin E, 20 IU; menadione, 3.0 mg; vitamin D3, 2,000 IU; riboflavin, 4.0 mg; pantothenate, 12 mg; nicotinic acid, 50 mg; choline 300 mg; vitamin B12, 15 mg; vitamin B6, 0.12 mg; thiamine, 1.5 mg; folic acid, 1.00 mg; d-biotin, 0.10 mg.
Mineral supplement provides as mg/kg diet: Mn, 100; Zn, 70; Fe 50; Cu 10; Iodine 1; Se, 0.30; antioxidant 50.
