Abstract
Analysis of fatty acids using GLC revealed the presence of ten saturated, four unsaturated fatty acids, and an unidentified compound in different quantities in the truffles, Tirmania nivea , T. pinoyi , and Terfezia boudieri . These findings are discussed in relation to the occurrence of fatty acids in other fungi.Entities:
