Abstract
Infantile hemangiomas are the most common tumors of infancy and are often managed with oral beta-blockers to address or prevent associated complications. However, treatment with propranolol can occasionally be associated with sleep disturbances, which in some cases are severe enough to warrant discontinuation or replacement with another agent. We herein report four cases in which treatment with propranolol resulted in significant sleep disturbances prompting substitution with atenolol, which in some cases resolved these issues.Entities:
