Abstract
A tunable chemoenzymatic strategy provides access to the entire class of magic spot nucleotides and modified analogues. The approach combines chemoselective bisphosphorylations using phosphoramidites with regioselective ribonuclease T2 cyclo-phosphate hydrolysis, leading to flexible and simple gram-scale operations.Entities:
