Radial Artery Perforation Complicating Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.

Abstract

Radial artery perforation is a rare but dreaded complication of transradial access. Here in we report a case of a radial artery perforation which was managed conservatively by tamponading the perforation with a guiding catheter and successfully completing the PCI through the same artery.
