Abstract
Two cases of infants with heterotopic gastric mucosa in the ileum causing hemorrhage and massive bleeding per rectum are presented. Preoperative Technetium 99 m scanning was valuable as a means to the diagnosis. Successful operative treatment was achieved by segmental resection with end to end anastomosis.Entities:
