Abstract
Here, we report the coding sequences of Big Cypress orbivirus isolated from a dead white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus) from Florida in 2017. To our knowledge, this is the first detection of Big Cypress orbivirus in a vertebrate host.Entities:
