Abstract
Intracranial hemorrhage in adults with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is a rare but fatal complication. We report a 32-year-old patient with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in whom subdural hemorrhage occurred without preceding trauma and resolved following treatment with steroids and platelet transfusions.Entities:
