Abstract
In this report, we demonstrate that half-curcuminoid could be a better scaffold for PET tracer development. F-CRANAD-101 was designed and found to show significant response to both soluble and insoluble Aβs in the fluorescent spectral tests. PET imaging results indicated that 14 month and 5 month old APP/PS1 AD mice had higher signals in the brain than age-matched wild type mice.Entities:
