Abstract
Conservative (nephron-sparing) surgery for transitional cell carcinoma of the upper tract generally has entailed variations of partial nephrectomy or open pyelotomy with excision and fulguration of tumor. We report on a patient in whom percutaneous technology was used successfully to manage transitional cell carcinoma of the lower infundibulum after other treatment options had been exhausted.Entities:
